Our team began in 1996 purchasing and renovating New York City apartment buildings under Renwick Real Estate, LLC and has expanded into boutique, residential developments with our latest offering Willow Creek Estates, LLC in Western Connecticut. In each case, we have sought to purchase unique properties at good prices with recognizable upside potential, and then implement well designed, quality builds and unique architecture.
We have cultivated an experienced team of professional builders, architects and engineers to assist in all phases of property development from raw land acquisition through customized home building.
Our investment fund, Partners Fund I, is designed to purchase raw land, work with towns to receive entitlements and develop unique residential communities within a 100 mile radius of New York City.
