Raj K. Bhatia
Mr. Bhatia founded Willow Creek Development Group in 2006 to take advantage of large-scale land acquisition and development projects, a process he began in early 2000 with the acquisition of a 103 acre property located in Southbury, Connecticut.

In 1996, Mr. Bhatia founded Renwick Real Estate, LLC in New York City to acquire, renovate and manage Manhattan based condominium and co-op apartments.  Since inception, Renwick Real Estate, LLC has purchased, renovated and sold hundreds of apartments on the Upper West, Upper East Side of Manhattan and in Mid-town Manhattan.

Mr. Bhatia received his B.S. in 1987 from Lehigh University and his MBA from Columbia Business School in 1997. Mr. Bhatia is an instrument rated private pilot, a licensed amateur radio operator, and an avid squash player and golf enthusiast.  Mr. Bhatia resides both in New York City and Southbury, Connecticut with his wife Darcy and son Remy Alexander.

 

James R. McCullough
Mr. McCullough’s real estate experience began in 1996 as a principal investor in Renwick Real Estate, LLC in 1996 investing in New York City based real estate with Mr. Bhatia.  Mr. McCullough joined Willow Creek Development Group as a Partner in September of 2006.

Prior to Willow Creek Development Group, Mr. McCullough served as Chief Executive Officer of AusAm Biotechnologies, Inc., a New York City based biotechnology firm focused on developing new drugs and diagnostics to treat disease groups associated with diabetes. 

Mr. McCullough received his B.S. from Boston University in 1990 and his MBA from Columbia Business School in 1995.  Mr. McCullough is an instrument rated private pilot and racing sailor.  He currently resides in New York City and Southbury, Connecticut.
